Vijay the Venture Capitalist is a desperate, reckless, yet apparently very wealthy venture capitalist who first appeared in cartoons from December 15-17 2005 and has subsequently appeared occasionally in 2006, 2008, and 2009. He usually appears wide-eyed and worried looking. Vijay hangs around people, hoping to find someone with a money-making idea, and is overly eager to hand over his money to anyone he feels has one, even if he hasn't heard anything substantial to make an informed decision.
