Biography
Tim was an employee of Path-E-Tech Management, and a co-worker of Dilbert's. He was described by Dogbert as "clueless". [1]
At one point, Dogbert selected him to be the new host for a cloud of doom that had attached itself to Dilbert. He accomplished the transferal by having the Pointy-Haired Boss appoint Tim to be Director of Special Projects.
