The Virtual Employee is episode 12 of the Dilbert TV series.
Summary
Obsolete hardware continues to pile up in all the engineer's cubicles. Dilbert attempts to throw it away, but it turns out taking it home with them would be considered stealing from the company despite it being considered useless trash, and they are not allowed to just throw it out unless they call a number the pointy haired boss doesn't know and no one will tell them.
They hear about a free cubicle where they can store their unwanted junk, and to keep the marketing people from taking it, they create a "virtual employee" using a composite image of all of them, naming him Todd.
