Loud Howard in the TV series
Loud Howard is an engineer for Path-E-Tech and is a minor character in the strip, but he was a regular on the TV series (where his loudness is actually noticeable and more humorous, given the fact that the TV series has an audio element as well). He is very loud and has thrown people backwards with his loudness. When he sneezes, it is highly advisable to take cover, as the resulting blast has blown the flesh off of the marketing people. He lives in a house that borders a railway track and an airport. This may explain why he talks so loud.
