Heck is a location in the Dilbert universe. It is a parody of Hell, ruled by the Pointy-Haired Boss' brother, Phil, the Prince of Insufficient Light. Its only known inhabitants are Phil and a snowman named Snowball.
Interestingly, Heck must have a structure similar to that of a company. In fact, at a certain point, it was merged with a non-alcoholic beer company.
