In The Name, Acorn CEO was a CEO who had a traumatizing experience as a child that left him with the nickname "Acorn." His extremely rude and not french parents named their laundromat after him. Dilbert was under extreme pressure to make a product name, and so he arbitrarily chose "acorn" although it was taken by Acorn Dry Cleaning, the laundromat. Dogbert then caused a chain reaction to destroy the laundromat. The name did not proceed as 'acorn' when the Pointy-Haired Boss discovered their CEO hated 'acorn'.
